Osprey Pointe to undergo redevelopment plan
PASCO, Wash. - Osprey Pointe in Pasco could soon get a new look.
Earlier this week, the Port of Pasco approved a letter of intent from Eaty Gourmet to redevelop the 52-acre lot. They will now need to create a plan that will lay out the financing, scheduling and amenities they intend to build.
Gary Ballew is the Director of Economic Development for the Port of Pasco and said they have been looking to redevelop Osprey Pointe for awhile. He said they believe the right redevelopment plan can bring investment and opportunity to Pasco.
"One of the key markets for it will be wine tourism," Ballew said. "Around that, there's potential for a boutique hotel, an entertainment venue, both indoor and outdoor."
Eaty Gourmet has six months to create a master development plan and present it to the Port.
